Your future responsibilities:

You are responsible for the proper entry of bookings in SAP, ensuring smooth operations
You are the first point of contact for our customer regarding the system and ensure correct handling across all departments
You identify quality issues and proactively report them so that appropriate measures can be taken
You organize reporting to the customer and support in invoicing
You report directly to the site manager in your role

Your profile:

Coordination is your strength
You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education
You have good user knowledge of SAP, ideally in the QM and logistics modules
You have a high level of expertise, reliability, and conscientiousness
You are an organizational talent and consider yourself resilient
High customer orientation, commitment, and flexibility round off your profile
You have a good command of German and are willing to work shifts (early | late | night)
