Our client is a leading technology company in the optical and optoelectronic industry with around 30,000 employees at locations worldwide.

On their behalf, we are looking for a
Receptionist (m/f/d) at our location in
Oberkochen as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:


  • Managing visitor management (customer registration, parking reservations, airport transfers, hotel reservations, welcoming guests/customers)
  • Implementing new or improved customer interactions
  • Coordinating hospitality and preparing for and following up on meetings and customer visits

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of general office organization
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
