Your schedule for the future: Are you interested in the operations and administrative processes behind public transport? Then come join us and learn both. As a specialist in transport operations (m/f/d), you will be a mobility manager and can be deployed in all areas of our transport company. You will have a high level of responsibility, as you will be driving our buses, advising customers, and taking on other tasks such as personnel planning, marketing, and public relations.

What you will earn:

Your performance in the apprenticeship is valued by us. Therefore, we want to compensate you accordingly and pay you according to our in-house collective agreement for apprentices. This means:

1st year of apprenticeship: €1,022 gross/month
2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,084 gross/month
3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,147 gross/month

Payment of Christmas bonus in the amount of €500 gross (2025: €600 gross)
