We are looking for a Business Consultant for our district office in Dortmund, as a permanent position and full-time.

Job Description:

Business consulting and support for our AWO organizations in the field of integration assistance for adults and children/young people
Representation of interests at the state level
Conducting individual negotiations for services in the area of housing for adults with disabilities
Development and maintenance of a controlling tool for future management of service provision
Implementation of the investment cost procedure for specialist services for special forms of housing
Support for negotiations and implementation of a new statewide remuneration system for inclusive day care centers
Business consulting and support in the context of services such as school assistance, assistance in the home context, and autism
Support for negotiations and implementation of a new statewide remuneration system for inclusive day care centers

, including consulting for organizations and support for remuneration negotiations for therapeutic day care centers
