Your role- Take on project management responsibility for the relocation of a value stream section / equipment group in Englewood, KS- Responsible for planning and implementing the relocation in the above-mentioned area of responsibility without compromising output- Work together with value stream experts, equipment experts from R&D or the manufacturer, relocation experts, the supply chain, and the production segment to maintain the delivery capability of the SMT through pre-fabrication, optimized re-commissioning, and creative out-of-the-box solutions- Plan, coordinate, and set up project teams to independently initiate and carry out projects in strong interdisciplinary teams

Your profile- You have an excellent university degree in optoelectronics, precision engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a comparable STEM field- 3-5 years of experience in project management and leading project teams, as well as a certificate as a project manager according to GPM/IPMA (min. Level C)- An affinity for relevant technologies and products and a business understanding- A proactive working style and a strong team spirit, with a high level of forward-thinking- Excellent conceptual skills, as well as a strong commitment and a consistent focus on results
