Your tasks:

Creating requirements based on complex architectural specifications (Greenfield-Cloud architecture) for platform basic services, PaaS and SaaS services, and automation solutions
Responsibility for creating, filling, and prioritizing scalable features and products for a multitenant platform in the form of a feature backlog (Jira, Confluence)
Acting as the interface between operations teams (data center), SRE and software teams (virtualization)
Gathering, structuring, and consolidating requirements, including through discussions with customers, key account management, clients, and other stakeholders
Coordinating with development, software testing, and architecture teams, as well as system management and other stakeholders
Ensuring the quality of requirements according to predefined criteria

Your profile:

Completed university degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification with a technical focus
Professional experience as a (Senior) Requirement Engineer, Product Owner, or Software Architect in a software company or a company with its own software and/or platform development
Relevant experience with complex architecture patterns for PaaS (Platform as a Service), especially for onpremise platforms/infrastructures, as well as with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and automation solutions
Practical knowledge in analyzing complex specifications and describing IT requirements and business processes, or experience in familiarizing oneself with complex topics
Confident in dealing with customers, partners, and service providers, as well as effective communication skills
