We are


PROMECON, a family-owned company based in Paderborn, IL, has been successfully developing, manufacturing, and distributing single-use medical devices for over 20 years.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) for our Regulatory Affairs department.


Your role


From day one, you will be part of our team and have the opportunity to take on diverse and interesting tasks independently, gaining valuable practical experience in the medical technology industry.


As a link between the Regulatory Affairs and Development departments, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations, including obtaining, creating, maintaining, and translating technical and regulatory documents.

You will also learn about relevant approval processes according to current guidelines (e.g. MDR) and maintain the Eudamed database.

You will be responsible for maintaining QMS guidelines and the QMS manual.

You will also have the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in international and interdisciplinary projects.


Depending on your strengths and interests, you may also take on additional tasks and small projects in the areas of Regulatory Affairs and Development.


Your profile

  • Studying medical technology or a related field
  • Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex contexts
  • Proficient in handling and understanding technical documents and drawings
  • Fluent
