The BBW South Hesse contributes to the vocational and social integration of young people with disabilities and disadvantaged young people into the working world and society through qualified training and holistic, individual support.

With approximately 350 employees, we offer over 700 young people, often in close cooperation with businesses, training opportunities in approximately 32 professions and carry out measures for vocational preparation and orientation.

About 370 young participants live in external and internal residential groups in Karben, Frankfurt, and the surrounding region.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a

Project Coordinator for Crafts (m/f/d)**(full-time, 40 hours/week)

Your responsibilities:

Strengthening the interdisciplinary collaboration of different craft areas
Motivating for the future of crafts
Working at the interfaces of the individual craft areas
Coordinating the effective collaboration of the different craft areas
Updating resource planning and goals
Team development, utilizing team resources, and implementing joint projects

If you:

Have completed training or a degree
Have a passion for crafts
Are interested in digital tools of the future (Industry 4.0) as well as modern, innovative methods
Have a structured, independent, and responsible work style
Have an organizational and strategic mindset and a desire to make a difference
