MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or
GED and three years full-time, wage-earning experience in at least

two of the following functions:
information systems analysis,

business process analysis, planning, documenting requirements,

designing, testing, software or systems quality assurance, engineering,

or deployment


or
sixty semester hours from a college or university accredited by

an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education

Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of

Education (USDE) with twelve semester hours in Management Information

Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and ne year full
- time, wage-earning experience with at least two of the following

functions:
information systems analysis, business process analysis,

planning, documenting requirements, designing, testing, software or

systems quality assurance, engineering, or deployment


or
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related

field from a college or university accredited by an organization

recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)

or by the United States Department of Education (USDE) and one year

full-time, wage-earning experience in at least two of the following

functions:
information systems analysis, business process analysis,

planning, documenting requirements, designing, testing, software or

systems quality assurance, engineering, or deployment.


  • One year full-time, wage-earning experience in the use of Microsoft
Office Suite or equivalent to include word processing, spreadsheet,

database, or presentation software programs.


  • Criminal justice experience preferred.
  • Governmental program experience preferred.
**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will

be $3,376.02.**The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally

applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the

summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met.
