Easily accessible between Heilbronn and Stuttgart, amidst meadows, forests, and vineyards. The family-run hotel, owned by the Trefz family, places great value on personal and individual service towards the guest. The guest is at the absolute center of our daily actions and receives our undivided attention.


Responsibilities:

  • Support a young service team
  • Cooperation with the kitchen
  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Care and advice for conference and wellness guests
  • Varied tasks such as leading events such as family celebrations, weddings, also with outdoor ceremonies, wine evenings, barbecue evenings, but also working in the hotel bar
  • Representing the bar manager in their absence
  • Active sales of our wide selection of aperitifs, wines, and digestifs
  • Support for restaurant management
  • Compliance with and ensuring service standards
  • Coordination of events

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have professional experience
  • However, newcomers to this position are also welcome
  • Knowledge of English would be an advantage
