Your tasks Support of customer advisors in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments Processing of correspondence (preparation of offers and contracts, system recording) Responsibility for payment transactions, card transactions, and online banking Support in the implementation of campaigns and actions, organization of deadline monitoring Ensuring smooth day-to-day business Recording and processing of customer requests and concerns Your profile Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in banking A high willingness to further education is required First professional experience in banking or in the area of corporate customer support Advantageous Organizational skills and structured way of working Strong communication skills and teamwork High customer orientation and service readiness
