Title - Junior Business Analyst

Overview:

As a Junior Business Analyst with 5 years of experience, you will play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency through your advanced analytical skills and deep understanding of business processes.

Building upon your foundational experience, you will take on more complex projects, lead initiatives, and mentor junior team members while continuing to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues, synthesize information, and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL or SAS, and experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or, and experience designing and delivering interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with experience leading projects from initiation to closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing highquality deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
