Your role

  • Your responsibilities include handling complete contract processing for defined business transactions via telephone and written communication (email and mail)
  • You will support our policyholders and sales partners with contract matters and the processing of defined changes and tariff conversions in the insurance relationship
  • You will review and process contracts with death benefits and maturity benefits in life insurance
  • As a clerk in the life insurance department, you will be responsible for application review and processing, including correspondence and necessary follow-ups within the acceptance guidelines

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or a comparable degree
  • You have experience in customer service and handling written and telephone customer inquiries
  • You ideally have knowledge of life insurance products, tariffs, and conditions, as well as knowledge of life insurance portfolio management systems
  • You have a sales and service-oriented attitude, enjoy interacting with customers, have strong communication skills, are a team player, work responsibly and independently
