Your Responsibilities
Major Duties:


  • Prepare and execute on project plans to deliver project objectives.
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
  • Communicate and manage expectations with stakeholder developing effective working relationships to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met, as well as negotiated as and when needed.
  • Coordinate the identification of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Generally done at the level of project phases.
  • Identify, evaluate, communicate, escalated, and manage to mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project.
  • Deliver on necessary material and information for project review reports and presentations, including key information and recommendations, as and when needed.
  • Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
  • Manage the deployment of project resources and coordinate the proper utilization of such resources

Desired Skills:


  • Infrastructure and Operations: General knowledge and experience of IT Infrastructure as well as good understanding of ITIL, problem management, customer communication, root cause analysis and other operations related disciplines to ensure proper operation management
  • VOICE & Contact Center platform/infrastructure: Knowledge and experience of call management platform and infrastructure such CISCO and AVAYA and Contact/Call Center systems and platforms.

Preferred Education:


  • Computer science, IT, Engineering

  • 5 years in IT project management

Major Purpose

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of smaller strategic or larger tactical projects which are generally of moderate complexity. Utilizes and provides project management expertise to direct, with personal involvement, work assignments involving the work teams.

  • Integrates and coordinates with user groups, business management, or I.T. management.


Projects meet some or all of the following criteria: 6 to 12 persons on the project team; 3 to 6 disciplines involved; multiple facilities within Division are involved; scope in dollars is $500,000 to $5,000,000 and is determined on budget, revenues generated, savings, etc.)




Major Duties

  • Manage the production of project and workstream plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized and resourced to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's project and program management framework.
  • Plan and lead the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities and specify, negotiate, and agree on project deliverables
  • Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships for projects and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met
  • Plan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Generally done at the project level
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating matters where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these concerns
  • Draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations, to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change
  • Lead a small
