To expand our team, we are currently seeking a Deputy Station Manager (m/f/d) for our PASSAUER WOLF location in Ingolstadt.
Ingolstadt is centrally located and offers excellent connections to public transportation - including to Munich, Nuremberg, Augsburg, and Regensburg.

Your tasks:

Ensuring the organization of patient care
Representing the station manager in personnel deployment planning, leadership, and employee development
Coordination of processes, taking into account qualitative and economic aspects
Promoting interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
Independent work within existing team structures

Your profile:

Completed staterecognized training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)
Ideally, some professional experience
Additional qualifications are an advantage, e.g. further training as a leading nursing professional (m/f/d)
Complete measles vaccination according to legal requirements for employees born after December 31, 1970
Good German language skills at least at B2 level for smooth communication with colleagues and guests
Proficient in working with computer programs, especially clinical information systems or electronic patient records
Strong communication and social skills
Cooperation and teamwork abilities
Assertiveness, resilience, and organizational skills
Friendly demeanor
Willingness to contribute new ideas through projects
