We are looking for a motivated
Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our new location in Donauwörth.


Your tasks/responsibilities:

As the daily point of contact for customers, you are the link between them and our dealership. You live customer orientation and service quality at a high level.

The position of Service Advisor includes professional customer care in all phases of the service process, from initial contact to vehicle return.

You create cost estimates and accident calculations. You handle warranty and cost processing according to manufacturer specifications and handle claims with insurance companies.


Your personal/professional profile:


  • Ideally, you are already successful as a Service Advisor
  • Successfully completed training
