Your responsibilities will include:


  • General administrative tasks
  • Preparation and followup of meetings
  • Communication with internal stakeholders and customers in both German and English
  • Schedule management and monitoring
  • Organization of business trips, customer visits, meetings, and business partner events
  • Independent creation of presentations
  • Autonomous support in preagreed projects

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial education and several years of professional experience in the field of assistance or a comparable position
  • Organizational talent and proactive independent action
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written expression, also in English
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Proficient use of MS Office
