Our client, based in Frankfurt am Main, is a renowned real estate investor with a geographical focus on Germany and the pan-European market. As a successful real estate company, the management has decades of experience in complex, large-scale real estate investments. The team at the Frankfurt location has completed transactions worth several billion euros in recent years.

We are looking for a "Transaction Manager (m/f/d) - Real Estate Debt" on behalf of our client at the Frankfurt am Main location. The focus of the role is on the operational management of the financing process for portfolio transactions, project developments, and refurbishments.

Responsibilities

  • Contact person and responsible for the credit business for new and existing financing of the portfolio
  • Operational implementation of financing solutions for project developments, existing properties, and refurbishments
  • Structuring of new transactions
  • Management of the entire financing process from the offer/term sheet phase to contract signing
  • Contact person for banks and financing partners
  • Interface between bank, portfolio management/asset management, accounting, and controlling
  • Responsibility for the closing process and contract signing of the managed transactions
  • Observation and analysis of relevant real estate, banking, and financing markets
  • Preparation of financial information for quarterly and annual financial statements
