  • You will research potential new customers, properties, and decision-makers
  • You will conduct property viewings and customer visits
  • You will handle customer inquiries and tenders
  • You will prepare price calculations in Excel and create customer quotes
  • You will advise and support customers
  • You will negotiate offers and contracts with customers and plan advertising/mail campaigns

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a commercial or technical education
  • You have professional experience in the field of calculation and sales of infrastructure services such as green maintenance, winter services, interior and exterior cleaning
  • You are proficient in using MS Office systems as well as modern communication and work tools
  • You work independently, are a team player, and customer-oriented
  • You have good German language skills in both written and spoken form; knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You have a valid driver's license
