Our client is a cutting-edge energy designer and manufacturer located in Bemidji. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Business Partner, specializing in accounts and finance. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between IT and finance, requiring a strong understanding of financial processes and excellent IT business skills. The ideal candidate will have exceptional soft skills and a proactive attitude, prioritizing effective communication and relationship-building within the stakeholder community.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations (40%):

Understand and optimize applications used by HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
Collaborate with application suppliers to ensure efficient usage, including license reviews and renewals.
Manage the application portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and termination of underutilized licenses.
Core applications such as Oracle EBS are not included in this role.

Projects (60%):

Work closely with stakeholders to identify and evaluate requests for new application functionality.
Evaluate supplier offerings and align them with business requirements to ensure optimal investment.
Create business cases for IT investment based on a thorough understanding of business needs and available solutions.
Project manage the implementation of selected applications to ensure successful delivery.
