As an employee in
First Level Support (m/f/d), you are an important part of our location in Kamp-Lintfort You are the first point of contact for our customers for technical issues and you can solve them independently with your know-how and charm.


Your tasks:


  • Classification of customer inquiries and independent categorization of the problem
  • Independent resolution of the problem or forwarding to the "Second Level"
  • In case of forwarding: creation of meaningful support tickets
  • Documentation of customer systems
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Close cooperation with customers and internal departments

Your profile:


  • A relevant, completed education or a completed degree (e.g. business informatics) with corresponding practical experience
  • Solid experience/knowledge in the Windows environment (servers & clients) as well as desirable in the ERP and webshop sector (SAP, Magento, TradePro, etc.)
  • Secure handling of MS Office, SQL servers, and Windows clients/servers
  • Bonus points for knowledge in the field of XML and scripting (PowerShell/SQL)
  • The following soft skills: friendly appearance and communication; problemsolving mentality and technical understanding
  • Good knowledge of English is also required.
