Working Student Marine HR (f/m/d):

Your Responsibilities:

Assist in ensuring that all embarking Seafarers are fully trained and qualified in compliance with Company, STCW, and Flag State requirements, have passed required medical examinations, and obtained necessary visas before joining a vessel (with a focus on vessels scheduled for the Brazilian Season and World Cruise)
Support administrative tasks such as maintaining digital personnel files, preparing contracts, and verifying certificates
Assist with projects such as TOP Implementation and 3:3 Rotation
Support the responsible Crew Superintendent in conducting crew changes in accordance with the Seafarers' Employment Agreement
Contribute to the development of HR processes (
