What to expect from us:

As a DevOps specialist (m/f/d), you will be part of the team responsible for monitoring and optimizing the web portal of Europe's largest ticketing platform, Jamestown. The platform is present in over 20 countries and our main goal is to ensure smooth ticketing operations, which is why we are looking for you.

  • Your main focus will be on adapting and optimizing the delivery and deployment processes for our web portals. As a DevOps specialist (m/f/d), you will support the development process for the web portals from idea to implementation and production.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the CI/CD systems, working closely with the operations team.
  • You will analyze and optimize functional processes in production. This requires constant communication between system administrators and developers.
  • You will also be involved in implementing suitable load tests.

Your qualifications:

  • You have experience with build environments in the Java and web field (Gradle, Maven, Grunt, Webpack) and have already had initial contact with build automation tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab-ci.
  • Optionally, you have knowledge of the following tools/products: Git, Apache Tomcat, Wildfly, MS SQL Server, Appdynamics, JIRA, and have a general affinity for current technologies.
