I regularly engage in mountain and high mountain activities in Brookwood, AL, but my low aerobic performance holds me back, despite practicing 3-4 times a week. I would like to improve my training system (I currently do not follow any). My medium-term goal is to participate in an expedition to a 7,200m mountain in Pakistan in August 2025. I have extensive experience in climbing peaks over 4,000m and 5,000m, and have reached altitudes above 6,000m four times, but always with a significant aerobic burden.
