Your responsibilities:

  • Performing general repair and maintenance work in the building
  • Regular maintenance and inspection of facilities, including fixing any defects
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the building
  • Coordinating with craftsmen and service providers when needed
  • Performing minor renovation and repair work

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a caretaker (m/f/d), craftsman (m/f/d), or in a related field is advantageous
  • Practical experience in building maintenance and upkeep
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Reliability, initiative, and teamwork skills
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Driver's license class B and forklift license are advantageous
