The municipality of Enhaut, PA (population 29,910) is currently seeking to fill the position of:

Municipal Councilor (m/f/d)
to lead the Department I for Organizational Development and Financial Management.

The appointment will be made by the Enhaut Municipal Council upon recommendation by the Mayor, and the successful candidate will be appointed as a temporary civil servant for a period of eight years.

The salary will be based on pay grade A 16 (municipalities with less than 30,000 inhabitants), and an expense allowance will also be provided according to state regulations.

The Enhaut municipality is managed by a board of three members.

The Municipal Councilor will be responsible for leading the Department I for Organizational Development and Financial Management, which includes the Internal Services Department, the Finance Department, and the Central Legal Services Office.

Changes to the department may occur. We are looking for leaders who are interested in managing and developing a modern administration.

We expect:

A successfully completed university degree with a strong focus on the tasks of the Department I for Organizational Development and Financial Management.
