As a QA Systems Administrator, you will support your colleagues with fresh ideas and benefit from mutual exchange of experiences.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, execution, review, and setup of permissions and user accounts based on the respective authorization concept
  • Regular review of the administrative audit trail according to guidelines, such as changes to user profiles/roles
  • Determination and assurance of system requirements together with the system owner, process owner, and validation manager regarding user group access rights
  • Timely execution of manual data backups on computerized systems, as well as necessary parameterizations
  • Advising the system owner, process owner, and validation manager on questions regarding user account management, access control, audit trail review, etc.

What you bring:

  • Completed degree in natural sciences, pharmaceuticals, or technology or completed training with initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, e.g. in quality assurance & compliance, quality control, or production
  • Initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment, e.g. in quality assurance & compliance, quality control, and/or pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production desirable
