Job Description:

As Product Owner Recovery, you will be responsible for the development of our product Open Credit - Recovery as the link between the market and the development team.

With an entrepreneurial mindset and expert interaction with the market, you will develop the product vision and implement it with the help of the development team.

What You'll Do:

You will define and communicate the strategic development of our product in the area of debt management and credit processing, and interact with all stakeholders (sales, marketing, presales, professional services, engineering)
You will identify market needs based on customer and partner conversations, market and trend analysis, and competitive monitoring, and develop roadmaps and features that will be implemented by the assigned engineering team
You will act as the liaison between the requirements provider and the development team, and as the customer advocate, you will be the first point of contact for the engineering team for understanding the business needs
You will help the development team create maximum valueadded product increments through effective prioritization
As part of the product group, you will contribute to the company's successful growth path by delivering innovative products that increase customer satisfaction

What You'll Need:

You have a degree in business or business informatics, or a comparable banking qualification
You have a solid understanding of banking and ideally have experience in debt management, credit processing, or problem credit management
You have experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, preferably with Scrum
