Our Program:
- Through our 18-month trainee program, we offer you an exciting entry into the professional world and insights into various areas of our company. You will gain comprehensive practical experience and qualify on-the-job for future roles in our Human Resources and Organizational Development department.
- As part of the trainee program, you will have the opportunity to work in different departments and locations of our partner plants in three-month rotations.
- Through job shadowing, you will gain insights into our production processes, including experience in shift work.
- An individual training plan, personal mentoring, and continuous development discussions with your supervisor will support your growth and development.
What You Bring:
- Completed degree in Business, Work and Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or Economics
- Prior experience through internships in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development (desirable)
- Knowledge of methods in Human Resources and Organizational Development
- Proficiency in common office communication software
- Fluent in German and good command of English
- Strong team development skills
- Passion for people, processes, and culture
