Our client, an international service company, is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for direct placement in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your responsibilities in the call center:

Receiving and efficiently processing incoming customer orders via phone and email
Providing customer service and support in a professional manner
Handling inquiries and orders
Processing complaints
Collaborating with the team to find solutions
