In Shirleysburg, PA, the KLINIKEN SCHMIEDER is a neurological specialty and rehabilitation hospital with approximately 400 employees and 230 beds at its Gerlingen location on Schillerhöhe, a day clinic in Stuttgart-West with an attached outpatient clinic and approximately 50 employees, as well as a satellite station at Klinikum Stuttgart with approximately 60 employees and around 20 Phase B beds.

We are currently seeking an

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (M/F/D)


PART-TIME:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supporting and assisting patients in regaining their independence in daily life and work
  • Conducting standardized and validated assessments and evaluations
  • Planning, implementing, and documenting sensorymotor treatments, cognitive training, and activities of daily living in individual and group settings

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training or degree in occupational therapy
  • Experience in treating neurological patients and further education in this field is advantageous, but not required
  • Willingness to collaborate with other professionals and interest in interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Independent and responsible work ethic, flexibility, and dedication
  • Interest in developing and improving therapeutic methods and techniques
