Employee (m/f/d) for customer scheduling

for a well-known car dealership

Starting salary: 2800€ for full-time

Your profile:

Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Good manners and a confident demeanor
Previous experience in call center/service center
Independent and reliable work ethic
Strong team player with the ability to handle pressure and be dependable
Customerfriendly and goaloriented
Good computer skills (MS Office)

Your tasks will include:

Telephone customer service
Scheduling appointments
Support in order processing
Order management and administration
