JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent of this position serves as Staff Assistant in the Office of the Chief Clinical Officer, Department of Behavioral Health.
The incumbent is responsible for providing a full range of office management, administrative support services, program support, and technical work that's essential to the Office of the Chief Clinical Officer.
Serves as liaison between the Office of the Chief Clinical Officer and Agency or Department employes. Prepares, receives, reviews, and verifies office documents. Maintains office records and locates and complies data/information from files for the development of reports.Manages office operations, to include fully managing the Microsoft Outlook Calendar for the Chief Clinical Officer by scheduling executive meetings and conferences, prepares agendas, makes arrangements for meeting space and timeframe, notifies participants and takes minutes and notes for record keeping purposes.
Transcribes and types in final form correspondence, court letters, memos, notes from the supervisor involving a wide range of medical psychiatric and legal terminology; ensures accuracy of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and format.
Keeps abreast of policies and procedures, including various changes or amendments to such policies as they pertain to the daily office routine.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:
LICENSURE
None
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or Equivalency
WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience is performing a wide range of administrative functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work is performed in a typical office setting which is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. Normal safety precautions are required and exposure to consumers.

- Reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol test; and
- Postaccident or incident drug and alcohol test.
