What we are looking for:

As an employee (m/f/d) in the back office at PEC GmbH, your mission is to create a motivating and productive work environment where you enjoy spending your workday. You are the first point of contact for questions and concerns of your colleagues (m/f/d) and ensure a smooth workflow in the back office. You are present on site and ensure a representative and professional office image towards our clients.

Support with administrative tasks in the back office

Ordering and managing office supplies, work materials and food

Planning and preparation of meetings and (cross-location) events

General support of the team in various projects

With the following competencies:

You are enrolled at a university or college

You have good MS Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
