What you will drive forward:

Leading a team of Sales Operations employees for effective and efficient collaboration
Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales processes and CRM tools
Providing and analyzing sales data to develop sales campaigns for our service providers (e.g. telesales agencies)
Identifying process improvements for sales processing and optimization
Ensuring appropriate training for sales employees regarding sales processing and optimization
Creating sales forecasts and supporting budget creation
Ensuring compliance with sales policies and processes, including identifying training needs and developing training programs for sales partners

What sets you apart:

Successfully completed studies in business administration or a related field
Solid professional experience in a sales environment
First leadership experience within project teams or disciplinary leadership
Excellent knowledge in the areas of sales or business processing
Experience in handling large volumes of data or projects
Ability to think analytically, manage complex projects, and ensure effective teamwork
