Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their solar projects.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their installations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.
Solar Support:
- Organize and manage installation data accurately.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating solar installations.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and uptodate.
- Collaborate with the installation team to track project progress and address any issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.
- Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus, but not required.
