Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their solar projects.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their installations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.

Solar Support:

  • Organize and manage installation data accurately.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating solar installations.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and uptodate.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to track project progress and address any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus, but not required.
