Social Media
Manager Qualifications:
- Creative, organized, efficient, proficient multitasker with strong attention to detail
- Team player who can lead and motivate individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management/Social Media Content Creation
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite or other content scheduling, Photoshop/ other photo editing software like Canva
- InDesign/Illustrator or similar design experience a plus
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social medica platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Manage WhatsApp communication (chats) per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.
- Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software
- Create editorial calendars for content in coordination with Marketing
- Design and edit designs and layout in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Utilize current social media trends, best practices and technology within Meta Business Suite
- Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place
- Monitor Google Reviews for the centers in the region and respond/escalate as needed
- Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement
- Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals
- Attend onsite events, as requested, to capture content to be used in social media campaigns
