RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspection and advisory tasks in the public health service, especially in the areas of infection control and disease control
Outbreak management, currently in the context of the COVID19 pandemic
Advice and control of facilities such as hospitals, daycare centers, nursing homes, as well as doctors' practices and other medical/commercial facilities regarding compliance with hygiene measures
Important contact person for citizens of the Steinfurt district in hygiene matters
Monitoring of drinking water supply systems and swimming and bathing facilities

REQUIREMENTS

Completed vocational training as a hygiene inspector or health supervisor
Also open to applicants who have successfully completed further training as a hygiene specialist
Class B driver's license and willingness to use private car for business trips at cost reimbursement, as well as availability for duty outside the usual working hours of the Steinfurt district
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Flexibility, reliability and quality awareness
Resilience, assertiveness and negotiation skills, as well as a confident demeanor and ability to work independently
