We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Tourism Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Lostant, IL.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing travel and tourism services.

Responsibilities:


  • Advising and assisting customers with all aspects of tourism.
  • Creating customized travel offers based on customer requirements.
  • Booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
  • Organizing group trips, incentives, and events.
  • Implementing marketing and sales promotion activities.
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Handling inquiries and complaints.

Requirements:


  • Completed training as a Tourism Sales Manager (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the tourism or travel agency industry preferred.
  • Indepth knowledge of tourist destinations, flight connections, and hotels.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers.
  • Confident demeanor and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on top of things even in stressful situations.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficient in common booking systems and MS Office.
