Your responsibilities:
You will receive a diverse training through "training on the job" and internal training events.
You will be prepared for the examination to become a certified insurance agent (IHK) as well as a specialist for financial investments (DVA) and will take these exams in the first year.
You will actively assist our customers in the field in realizing their wishes by providing advice on insurance matters, building savings, wealth creation, and capital investments.
You will analyze the customer's wishes and needs and react accordingly. You will manage a fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka.Your qualifications:
You have completed vocational training, a university degree, or several years of professional experience in a commercial position. You convince with your friendly, courteous, and professional manner. You find it easy to make contacts and maintain your network. You build trust through your honest demeanor and behavior. You are a true team player. You seek challenges, set goals, and work in a solution-oriented manner. You are reliable in your statements and actions. You think and act entrepreneurially.
