Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for all companywide information processing topics through our digitalization platform JobRouter and develop its usage within the company.
With your ability to think crossfunctionally and in processes, you are involved in the design, optimization, and implementation of business processes.
You transfer existing and new processes into digital JobRouter workflows and implement any necessary process optimizations.
You are the point of contact for our employees for questions and issues related to JobRouter workflows, create understandable tutorials, and conduct user trainings.
With your expertise, you organize the integration of necessary system interfaces (SAP, d.3 ecm, Mobile CRM, among others).

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your studies or a comparable education in the field of business administration, technology, or IT and have an affinity for processes and IT applications.
You have excellent knowledge of process and project management.
With your enthusiasm for continuous improvements and your ability to communicate effectively with different target groups, you inspire people for processes and innovations.
