Your tasks
- You organize: You coordinate all trainees and practice instructors in your facility
- You have a clear view: You professionally guide the trainees and are responsible for the structured process of practical training
- You get involved: You provide nursing care to residents according to medical orders
- You contribute: You participate in the planning of individual nursing processes and evaluate them
Your profile
- Know-how: You have completed your nursing degree and have at least one year of professional experience
- On top: Ideally, you have completed further training as a practice instructor in nursing, which can be obtained at Unionhilfswerk if needed (full cost coverage)
- You are empathetic: You have empathy, social skills, and enjoy instructing trainees
- You work in a structured manner and are willing to work across different living areas
