As an Electrical Master, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, monitoring, functional safety, and upkeep of medium and low voltage systems, as well as security monitoring systems (e.g. UPS, backup power, fire alarm, camera, access control, and building automation systems).
You will also handle electrical issues related to elevators, heating, and water supply.
In addition, you will take on the responsibilities of the operator's duty of care.
You will independently develop technical changes (if necessary, in collaboration with other departments).
You will also supervise and support external specialist companies.
Lastly, you will assist with construction and energy management.

Special Values:

Your Qualifications:

Successfully completed vocational training as an Electrical Master
Knowledge of the operator's duty of care for the operation of service buildings and, if necessary, guest apartments, or willingness to acquire this knowledge
General and jobspecific knowledge of relevant standards (VDE regulations, elevator regulations, DIN) and accident prevention regulations (Occupational Safety and Health Act, Workplace Regulations, DGUV Regulation 3)
Proficiency in various measurement and testing methods
Ability to create and maintain electrical documentation
Ability to work in a team and cooperate with other technical departments in a serviceoriented manner
Knowledge of MS Office and PLC applications (Programmable Logic Controllers) is an advantage
Good German language skills (spoken
