The Weitblick Allgäu Hotel is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking manager for the spa area (m/f/d) who enriches our team with ideas and expertise.
Join our team and create relaxing moments for our guests.
This is your area of responsibility
- Managing the team and the 2,500 m2 spa area
- Developing new ideas and concepts
- Ensuring smooth operation of the spa area
- Administrative tasks (staff planning, purchasing and sales)
- Interdepartmental collaboration with all areas of the hotel
- Training new employees and apprentices
- Supporting daily operations

- Several years of professional experience in the spa and wellness industry
- Ideally, first leadership experience
- Structured and reliable work style
- Business acumen
- Enjoyment of working with people
- Excellent German language skills
- Open ear for the concerns of employees
- Friendly and warm demeanor
