Your tasks at an independent European supplier and manufacturer for the aviation and aerospace industry:

Independent administrative processing of the entire operational life cycle of our employees from contract creation to reference letter
Administrative support of HR business partners in all personnel processes (e.g. personnel procurement, onboarding processes, performance evaluation) as well as in daily business
Preparation and timely provision of data for further processing by external payroll accounting
Creation and maintenance of personnel and time recording systems as well as personnel files
Processing of the entire applicant management
Contact person for employees for general personnelrelated questions
Support in the implementation of new systems and processes as well as needsbased participation in projects in the HR field
