As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a full-time Purchaser (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Hamburg.


Your responsibilities:


  • Supplier selection based on defined procurement strategy
  • Optimization of overall acquisition costs
  • Supplier development and performance
  • Contract and complaint management
  • You contribute to procurement activities, manage tenders and contract negotiations to achieve the best purchasing conditions for the company
  • You monitor contracts with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure full compliance with terms and conditions throughout the contract period, and to ensure that suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (logistics, support, quality, costs)
  • You maintain relationships with suppliers and manage projects to optimize customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks
  • You are part of a crossfunctional team during the tender, contract negotiation, and contract duration

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration or industrial engineering
  • You have several years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, and/or contract management
  • You have proficient English skills
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • You have excellent knowledge of SAP
  • You work proactively and independently
  • You have strong negotiation skills
  • You are excited about new professional challenges
