Gersthofen Employment type(s): Shift We are currently looking for a Team Leader Assembly (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in Gersthofen, starting immediately and in full-time: Your responsibilities: * Execution of assembly work using various assembly-specific methods and testing activities * Participation in the creation of construction stages / sample assemblies * Coordination of the employees in the team leader area * Conducting shift meetings and participating in the ShopFloorManagement cascade * Participation in the definition of standards as well as implementation and control * Supports the production of the required quality and efficient work * Role model within the team * Initiation of immediate measures in case of deviations from the standard or specifications, as well as sustainable, methodical problem solving * Participation in the determination of training needs * Technical instruction, training and supervision of new employees *
