We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) (m/f/d) with 75% remote work option at our location in Munich.

Responsibilities / Main Tasks

Definition, implementation, and optimization of a nationwide scaling process
Development of a requirements management system and selection of necessary subcontractors to execute an ambitious growth plan
Leadership and development of a team of project managers working remotely
Essential part of the management team

Your Qualifications

Completed degree (e.g. in civil engineering, electrical engineering), equivalent qualification, or completed vocational training with additional qualifications or extensive professional experience in the field
Experience in the municipal utility or telecommunications industry
Proven success in scaling business models
Leadership experience with a team of 510 employees
Willingness to travel
Fluent in German and English
