We offer you an exciting and diverse challenge in a dynamic environment in the Central Infrastructure Management department (AZ) of the Aviation division (AL), Traffic/Terminal Operations department (AT).

YOUR TASK:

As a student assistant in Terminal Services, you are responsible for controlling and coordinating passenger flows on the arrival/departure level throughout the entire terminal area
You are the face of the airport and the first point of contact for information and assistance
Boarding pass control and assigning passengers to security checks are part of your daily tasks
You make announcements and call for boarding
You are responsible for setting up and taking down barriers in case of irregularities, as well as monitoring the cleanliness and order of the terminal area
You support your colleagues in the baggage trolley service

YOUR BACKGROUND:

You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d)
You are flexible and available around the clock (including weekends and during semester breaks)
You are confident in dealing with customers and have a friendly and professional demeanor
You are creative, willing to think outside the box, and enjoy working with people
You have a good command of German and English, knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
