Your tasks and responsibilities:

• With your knowledge and experience, you support the team in organizing themselves and taking responsibility for achieving project goals
• You accompany the planning and execution of all sprints. You help the team to correctly apply the Scrum process and continuously increase team productivity
• You organize and moderate Scrum ceremonies and coach, among other things, in the creation of work packages and management of the backlog
• You strengthen the crossfunctional skills of the team, promote collaboration, identify conflicts, and accompany change processes
